Operations Assistant

This position supports the daily operations of agricultural research at the Western Maryland Research and Education Center by coordinating fieldwork and conducting hands-on agricultural tasks such as tilling, planting, and harvesting. The role involves operating specialized farm equipment, performing routine maintenance on facilities and grounds, and providing leadership to other employees in the absence of the Assistant Director of Operations. The position requires working independently in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols for hazardous materials.
