Operations Associate

This role is responsible for the daily and weekly maintenance of pallet tracking, auditing driver logs and trip reports, and ensuring compliance with DOT requirements. The position serves as a liaison for internal customer support and manages the tracking and closeout of return goods for the private fleet. The associate handles various office and administrative duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and billing, while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing workload.
