Operations Associate

This role is responsible for the daily and weekly maintenance of pallet tracking, auditing driver logs and trip reports, and ensuring DOT requirements are met. The position serves as a liaison for internal customer support and tracks all return goods for close-out from the private fleet. The associate handles various office and administrative duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and billing.
