About this role
A hands-on role driving automation and digitalization across the factory, connecting the shop floor with software, AI and (partial) robotization to make RFQ-to-production workflows data-driven and largely hands-off. The position translates operational practice into data, dashboards and automated workflows that improve production performance and traceability. You will work closely with production, engineering, purchasing, sales and IT to implement and embed solutions.
