Operations Change Management Officer

The Operations Change Management Officer supports the company-wide rollout and adoption of strategic initiatives led by Operations, including Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and other operational transformations. This role acts as the organizational change bridge between Operations, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful understanding, readiness, and adoption of new processes and technologies. The position involves driving the people side of change through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption monitoring.
