Operations Chef

TGC is seeking a full-time Operations Chef specializing in Asian cuisine to support and sustain sushi and Asian food operations across multiple retail locations in Texas. This role involves traveling to assist with training, new store openings, and product development from ideation to retail shelf placement. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cooking skills and the ability to adapt to diverse kitchen environments while learning retail food service.
