Operations Construction Manager

The Operations Construction Manager at Prologis oversees the delivery readiness and asset optimization of industrial properties, ensuring spaces are prepared for tenant occupancy and aligned with portfolio value objectives. The role is part of the Customer Experience Team and partners with leasing, property management, maintenance and external stakeholders to coordinate tenant and capital improvement projects. It reports to the local Market Officer with supplemental reporting to the Regional Construction Operations Team.
