Operations Conversion Crew

The Operations Conversion Crew supports the successful execution of events at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum by ensuring the facility is properly prepared, operational, clean, safe, and ready for guests, clients, performers, and event personnel. This part-time, event-based role involves assisting with event setups, conversions, changeovers, facility operations, and other event-related tasks while collaborating with Operations leadership and other venue departments. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and team-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to changing operational needs.
