Operations Conversion Staff

The Operations Conversion Staff member works under general supervision to handle all aspects of event conversions at the Wilmington Convention Center, including set‑up, maintenance, and breakdown of exhibit halls, ballrooms, and other meeting spaces. The role involves using industrial equipment, maintaining storage areas, providing customer service during events, and working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
