Operations & Conversion Supervisor

The Operations & Conversion Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations and event conversion functions at Mesa Convention Center, reporting to the Operations & Conversion Manager. This role oversees part-time event and conversion staff while ensuring the facility is prepared, maintained, and operationally ready for a wide variety of events. The position coordinates event setups, changeovers, facility operations, and staff assignments to maintain a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment.
