About this role

The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the UW-Madison South Madison Partnership facility, assisting with event logistics, space scheduling, and facility readiness. Working under the Assistant Director, this role ensures the facility is functional and responsive to community and campus partners through daily operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate room reservations and scheduling processes for meetings and events
Assist with planning and implementation of community events and workshops
Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance and safety concerns
Serve as a point of contact for visitors and community members
Provide basic support for audiovisual equipment and presentation technology

Skills

Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred
