Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator (also referred to as Turnaround Coordinator) serves as the primary communication link between ground operations and customers, remaining on the aircraft throughout ground time to coordinate all handling processes. The role involves calculating weight and balance, monitoring flight activity, ensuring safety and load security, and coordinating catering, cleaning, fueling, and passenger movements in a fast‑paced aviation environment.
