Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator serves as the communication and scheduling hub for Barranco’s Operations team, ensuring alignment across projects, technicians, and internal departments through proactive coordination and precise scheduling. This role maintains the master schedule, coordinates field deployments, and provides administrative support to Project Managers to streamline operations. The position acts as the central point of contact for scheduling conflicts, resource adjustments, and information flow between field teams and other departments.
