Operations Coordinator

The UCSF Center for Health Equity in Surgery and Anesthesia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its Global Health Equity Fellowship and the broader Center. This role ensures the smooth execution of program logistics, including scheduling, travel, expense processing, contracts, and event coordination across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats. The Coordinator will also manage financial and contracting coordination with global fellows, faculty, and partners while translating complex administrative processes into accessible guidance.
