Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator provides direct support to the COO and coordinates day-to-day operations, firm-wide projects, and strategic initiatives for a civil litigation insurance defense firm. This hands-on role involves managing multiple projects, identifying operational improvements, and serving as a liaison between the Miami office and national offices. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
