Operations Delivery Manager

The Operations Delivery Manager is responsible for the operational delivery, configuration, and ongoing support of client loyalty programs, translating client requirements into accurate platform configurations, validating program functionality, and supporting testing, launch readiness, and transition to ongoing operations. The role serves as the key operational contact for assigned client programs, coordinating configuration changes, issue resolution, and operational support with clients and internal teams.
