Water Mission
The Operations Director translates the approved Malawi country strategy and annual business plan into coordinated operational plans and leads day-to-day program delivery. Based in Lilongwe, the role oversees assigned operational teams, quality, schedules, budgets, and reporting while ensuring alignment with Water Mission's standards and mission. The position reports to the Country Director and provides regional guidance through a dotted-line relationship with Africa regional staff.
