The Salt Network
The Commons Church Operations Director is a full-time leadership role responsible for managing the church's administrative, financial, human resources, facilities, and operational systems. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, this position ensures the church's infrastructure supports its vision, fosters healthy staff and volunteers, and maintains financial health and compliance.
The Salt Network is a family of churches committed to reaching college students and planting churches in university centers across the country. Their college ministry, The Salt Company, operates within each network church to evangelize, disciple, and send students on mission.
