Operations Director

The Operations Director manages a team of Plant Managers to direct and coordinate NAES support during all phases of plant operations, ensuring contractual requirements are met and maximum value is achieved. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of wind and solar renewable energy facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective plant performance. This position involves partnering with customers, asset owners, and internal teams to maximize plant performance, manage operational risk, and ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
