Qualifications

- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business processes, or marketing operations
- Experience in or exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English
