About this role

The Operations Engineering Associate role is part of a 2-Year Graduate Development Program designed to build the next generation of aerospace manufacturing talent. The program begins with a 12-month shopfloor immersion to develop operational foundations, followed by a second year of engineering and cross-functional rotations.
