Operations - Environmental Services

This role involves maintaining superior guest service and ensuring all departmental and regulatory standards are met within the Environmental Services department. The position requires supervising staff, enforcing cleanliness procedures across various areas including restrooms and the casino floor, and addressing problem situations with employees and guests. The incumbent will work hands-on to uphold company policies and Jumer’s standards of cleanliness while managing shift operations.
