Operations Excellence Manager Mid-Brabant

The Operations Excellence Manager for the Mid-Brabant area supports management, leaders, and employees with change management, LEAN tools, engineering projects, and WMS issues. This role involves establishing and securing operations excellence policies, aligning them with leaders and departments, and driving innovation and process improvements. The position reports to the Area Manager and oversees the Engineering Lead, LEAN Lead, and WMS team.
