Operations Excellence Sr Consultant

This role focuses on top-down, cross-functional initiatives and Onshore-Offshore collaboration to drive operational excellence. The incumbent will execute project tasks including process discovery, data validation, gap analysis, and developing deliverables like process maps and policy documentation. As an Operational Excellence Champion, the individual will cultivate a continuous improvement culture by participating in LEAN Six Sigma workshops and sharing best practices within the GBS community.
