Operations Excellence

This role leads operational excellence efforts across multiple plants, focusing on process standardization, executional discipline, and equipment standardization to drive cost reduction, capacity increases, and quality improvements. The position involves mentoring resources, executing Lean and Six Sigma projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on Gemba leadership. It requires strong technical competency in DMAIC, Kaizen, and change management to support plant operations and safety.
