Operations Finance Team Member

This role supports the Operations Finance team by managing financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities while partnering with site leadership to drive results. The position involves analyzing manufacturing costs and financial performance to provide actionable insights for site management and global reporting. Key responsibilities include supporting budgeting processes, validating productivity initiatives and capital investments, and ensuring accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting.
