Operations Instructor/ Senior Operations Instructor - Nuclear

The Operations Instructor role delivers accredited operator training at a nuclear power plant, supporting development, implementation and evaluation of training programs for licensed and non-licensed operators. The position works with simulators and classroom settings, supports plant outages and participates in the site Emergency Response Organization. It is part of Xcel Energy’s operations training function, focused on maintaining regulatory-compliant training and personnel qualifications.
