The Operations Intermediate Specialist – FX Services supports Foreign Exchange Traders and Relationship Managers by processing trades and ensuring accurate position updates. This role serves as the primary liaison between global trading desks and pre/post-execution units, managing trade entry, validation, confirmations, and settlements. The position also involves monitoring technical system issues, participating in process improvements, and providing quality control and client service support.
