Operations Intern (Spring 2026)

The IRC Operations Intern in Silver Spring supports the local Operations Team by providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure a compliant, well-functioning office environment for staff, clients, and partners. The internship offers exposure to nonprofit operations, resource coordination between a local office and headquarters, and work with immigrant and refugee communities. This is a semester-long, student-focused position requiring in-person attendance and a minimum 24-hour weekly commitment.
