First Baptist Dallas
This year-long, cohort-based internship is designed for college or seminary students pursuing administrative or operational roles within ministry. Participants gain hands-on experience in areas such as worship production, church finance, administration, facilities management, communications, or information technology. The program combines practical departmental work with weekly Bible study, fellowship, and specialized training to develop professional skills and theological reflection.
