About this role

The Kith Operations Lead serves as the right hand to the Operations Manager, supervising merchandise handling, stockroom organization, and the daily activities of stock associates. This role oversees the replenishment process, manages shipping and receiving, and acts as the primary point of contact for back-of-house operations. The position requires leading a team to maintain operational efficiency while assisting with physical inventories and visual merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities
