Operations Lead

This role involves building out and scaling the operational function for a fast-growing AI safety research organization, including upgrading the operating stack and establishing key organizational processes. The position requires leading the incorporation of a UK entity, developing security best practices, and supporting the transition to a permanent office in Singapore. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to refine strategy, develop organizational culture, and implement updated policies and governance structures.
