Operations Lead

This role serves as the day-to-day operational lead for EU and UK markets, facilitating the handoff and transactional processing of inbound shipments to Third-Party Logistics partners. The position involves overseeing multi-vendor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring operational policies are followed, and coordinating with internal teams and 3PL counterparts. The role requires managing aged tasks, troubleshooting pending issues, and supporting special projects such as sample sales and cleanouts.
