About this role

The Operations Lead will own the daily operating engine of the FCM, ensuring accurate and timely processing of trades, positions, margin calls, and customer accounts. This role involves building the operating model, writing procedures, and managing back- and middle-office operations from day one. The position requires close collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Engineering teams to maintain controls and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end trade lifecycle and clearing operations
Run daily reconciliations and resolve trade breaks
