Operations Lead

The Operations Lead serves as the primary operational engine on the sales floor, driving daily execution, stock accuracy, and floor readiness while leading the team to meet and exceed revenue targets. This high-visibility leadership role involves real-time floor management, visual merchandising standards, and associate coaching to deliver a flawless operational environment and a world-class customer experience. The position requires active floor presence, instant coaching, and ownership of inventory flow and visual merchandising. Additionally, the role includes supporting social media content creation and in-store activations to engage the online community and drive high-traffic launches.
