Operations Leader

The Operations Leader partners with the Plant Leader to drive operational excellence, standard work, and execution across the Greenville Gas Power plant. This high-visibility role translates business strategy into operating priorities, establishes consistent management systems, and leads cross-functional initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. The position serves as a key leadership opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional to gain broad exposure to the Gas Power business and prepare for future enterprise leadership responsibilities.
