Operations & Logistics Manager

The Operations & Logistics Manager oversees the day-to-day running of Finisterre's UK and international logistics operations, managing the flow of goods from suppliers through freight and customs to the 3PL and final customers. This role involves holding operational accountability for the 3PL relationship, inbound freight, customs execution, and company-wide stock accuracy while collaborating with various internal teams. The position focuses on optimizing logistics to reduce costs and environmental impact while ensuring timely and budget-compliant product delivery.
