Operations Management - Frontline

This role is responsible for the onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of all drivers and helpers. The position involves establishing positive relationships with front-line employees and spending the majority of the day in the field to ensure safety, best practices, and successful daily operations. The incumbent also conducts root cause investigations for injuries and incidents while maintaining regulatory documentation.
