Operations Management Trainee

This 12-month rotational training program is an entry-level opportunity for candidates with limited or no prior LTL or transportation operations experience. Participants engage in hands-on field operations across various functions, including dock work, linehaul, and maintenance, while completing leadership training and required certifications. Upon successful completion, trainees are promoted to Freight Operations Supervisor within their assigned region.
