Operations Manager, Clean Energy

The Operations Manager of the Clean Energy Division serves as the senior operational leader responsible for the full project lifecycle of all division-wide projects, from estimating and pre-construction through field execution and client delivery. This role requires extensive electrical installation knowledge and construction management expertise to lead a team of project managers, engineers, and field supervisors across concurrent projects. The individual will oversee division-level financial performance, value engineering, change order management, and subcontractor coordination while serving as the primary client point of contact.
