About this role
Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is hiring an Operations Manager for its Fabrication organization to oversee copper and sheet metal-related manufacturing operations at its Surrey office. The role leads fabrication teams across shifts and coordinates closely with internal partners to meet operational performance goals. This position reports to the Director of Operations, Fabrication and requires full-time, in-office presence.
