Operations Manager, Facilities

Medcan is seeking a hands-on Manager, Facilities to lead the safe, reliable, and high-quality operation of its flagship clinic at 150 York Street while providing facilities expertise and operational support across Medcan's multi-site network. The role is accountable for the day-to-day performance of the physical environment, including maintenance, repairs, inspections, workplace readiness, vendor coordination, access control, space support, and facilities and valet service delivery. Working closely with clinic operations, Hospitality, Clinical teams, Information Technology, Health and Safety, landlords, and external service partners, the Manager ensures that facilities issues are anticipated, prioritized, and resolved with minimal disruption to clients and team members.
