Operations Manager - Frontline

This role is responsible for the onboarding, development, coaching, and performance management of all drivers and helpers within the Operations Management - Frontline department. The position requires establishing positive relationships with front-line employees and spending the majority of the day in the field to ensure safety, best practices, and successful daily operations. It involves conducting root cause investigations, maintaining regulatory documentation, and evaluating customer sites to resolve safety issues.
