Operations Manager - Frontline

This role is responsible for the onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of all drivers and helpers. The position involves establishing positive relationships with front-line employees and spending the majority of the day in the field to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and employee success. The Operations Manager also conducts root cause investigations, maintains regulatory records, and evaluates customer sites to resolve safety issues.
