Operations Manager - Frontline

This role is responsible for the onboarding, development, coaching, and performance management of all drivers and helpers within the Operations Management department. The position requires spending the majority of the day in the field to establish positive relationships with frontline employees and ensure safety practices are paramount. Key duties include conducting root cause investigations, reviewing route operations documentation, and visiting customer sites to resolve safety issues.
