Operations Manager I, Third Party

The Operations Manager I, Third Party serves as the primary business partner for assigned ownership groups within the Public Storage Advantage® platform, managing owner relationships and analyzing portfolio performance. This role acts as a project manager for operational initiatives and property repairs while serving as the central liaison between ownership groups and Public Storage. The position supports asset performance, owner satisfaction, and the growth of the Third Party Management business through proactive analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
