About this role
Target's Supply Chain Operations Internship is a paid, 40-hour/week on-site program at the Pueblo, CO Regional Distribution Center that prepares participants for operations leadership roles. Interns work alongside managers and a mentor to gain hands-on experience leading teams and learning how Target’s supply chain operates. The program provides structured training, rotations, and mentorship to develop leadership, problem-solving, and operational decision-making skills.
