Operations Manager (M1)

This role is accountable for the daily management and coordination of NYPA’s overall operations, including overseeing operational performance, directing budget preparation, and approving operational investments. The position involves supervising operations personnel, ensuring plant safety, managing responses to abnormal conditions, and coordinating with maintenance programs to expedite equipment return-to-service. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in power plant systems, and the ability to analyze complex operational events to protect assets and maintain production.
