Operations Manager – Medium Voltage

The Operations Manager – Medium Voltage is responsible for building Ameresco's new Medium Voltage Operations & Maintenance Department from the ground up, including hiring crews, establishing procedures, and managing day-to-day execution across the national Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System portfolio. This role leads the phased internalization of medium voltage maintenance work from third-party contractors while serving as the internal subject matter expert for all medium voltage operations. The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations and oversees department strategy, subcontractor management, safety compliance, and financial performance.
