Operations Manager - Metalliferous

Redpath Australia is seeking an experienced Metalliferous Operations Manager with extensive underground mining experience to lead a portfolio of underground projects across Queensland. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving safe, profitable, and high-performing operations while providing mentoring, support, and governance to Project Managers and site leadership teams across multiple contracts. The position involves building strong client relationships, supporting contract performance, and acting as the key escalation point for operational issues based on an 8/6 roster.
